• We ask you to complete & return Property Information Forms and Fixtures & Fittings Listing
• We issue a contract and details of title to your Buyers solicitor
• You agree a move date and sign the contract
• Exchange of Contracts
• Completion and redemption of your mortgage
• Balance of funds out to you by electronic funds transfer 

The whole process will normally take between 6 and 8 weeks but this is largely dependent on you and your Buyer. We have completed on properies within 24 hours of instruction and have also had lengthy delays where a new property is being built.
