• You instruct us by signing and returning our Terms and Conditions of Business
• We receive Contract, details of title and where appropriate your mortgage offer
• We give you a Report on Title and completion statement
• You agree the move date, sign the Contract and pay your deposit to us
• We exchange contracts and arrange the completion formalities
• You pay any balance due
• We complete and you move in
